　1965年私たちが結婚したとき、Frankから55年型のフォードを、何と25ドルで買いました。その走りぶりは、200名近いゴードンの関係者がほとんど皆知っていました。
　
　ところが、ある極寒のニュイングランドの朝、家族寮の学生のすべての車のエンジンがかからない中、古めかしいD55年型フォードだけは、ブルルンと見事にエンジンがかかり、唖然とする一同に手をふりふり学校へ向かう。

　ところがところがアイスバンなった雪道の運転に慣れてないため、道路わきのうずたかくなった雪に突進、完全にスッタク。
　だいぶたって遅れてやってきた友人たちに助け出されるはめに。
　あの思いで深い車を格安で譲ってくれたFranｋからの便り。

Dear Friends,
As some of you know God has opened some doors for me to write. One of these opportunities is　to　write a weekly column for the English Post Courier Newspaper in Papua New Guinea. I am completing a series on the history of Iran with a study of Ezra, Nehemiah, and Esther. These are now posted on our website www.zionpathways.org under Postings. Thanks for praying for me as I write. I enjoy writing and I am fascinated that God has allowed this gift to surface at my age. God opens the door and I walk through it with amazement How old was Colonel Sanders when he started Kentucky Fried Chicken?
