「この朝の一首」（A Japanese short poem "tanka" for the day with pictures taken by Philip)：
　　・　押しのけてまた押しのけて捉えんと格闘せしがヤコブ砕かる　　Jacob supplanted and supplanted to gain blessings of God. He, however, was broken by God when He touched the socket of Jacob's thigh after a long strugle with Him. Gen. 32:25.
