「この朝の一首」（A Japanese short poem "tanka" for the day with pictures taken by Philip)：
　　・　神と富その双方に仕えるはこれ不可能事いづれか選べ　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　・　富はマモンと呼ばれたるこの世の神で求める者の心惑わす　　　　愛馬伝師　　The Scriptures say that it is immpossible to serve God and money at the same time. Maney is a god called "Mamon."　 It deludes people who love money to wrongs estranges them from the true God
